Shipping policy

Delivery:

All orders are processed from the UK or our authorised stockist in your country (if available) and dispatched during normal working business hours only. Parfum d’Inza is not open on weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays – if your order is placed during this time please allow for additional delivery time.

All orders processed are subject to bank authorization.

We use a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. Due to risk of damage or loss our couriers will NOT leave parcels unattended.

Parfum d’Inza deliver globally. From the United Kingdom or through one of our authorised retailers in your country. If we are unable to deliver to your country a full refund will be issued.

Customs, Tax and Duties:

Parfum d’Inza does not cover Customs Tax, Duties, Tariffs, VAT, Handling Fees or Customs Clearance Charges or any other charges imposed by your country. If your order is fulfilled by one of our partner stockist in your country then you will not be responsible for customs, tax and duties. 

When Can You Receive Your Order:

Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next working day. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is processed by our warehouse. Pickup orders are available to collect with in 1 hour of ordering from our Authorised retailers.
