Answer: You may change your purchase for another product or request a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is returned unopened, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Please note that postal fees are non-refundable.

I have a skin condition. Is it safe to use fragrance?

The atomizer on my perfume bottle is not working. What should I do?
Answer: Our perfumes are rich in natural oils and absolutes, which may occasionally affect the atomizer’s performance. Try gently wiping the nozzle with a cloth soaked in warm water. If that doesn’t work, you can remove the atomizer, dip it in warm water for about an hour, dry it, and then reattach it. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
My product is defective, or the box is damaged. What should I do?
