All orders are processed from the UK and dispatched during normal working business hours only. Parfum d’Inza is not open on weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays – if your order is placed during this time please allow for additional delivery time.
All orders processed are subject to bank authorization.
We use a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. Due to risk of damage or loss our couriers will NOT leave parcels unattended.
Parfum d’Inza deliver globally. From the United Kingdom or through one of our authorised retailers in your country. If we are unable to deliver to your country a full refund will be issued.
If you like to cancel your order or modify your order please email us as soon as possible at info@kinzajavis.com once your order is processed by our warehouse it cannot be changed.
Parfum d’Inza does not cover Customs Tax, Duties, Tariffs, VAT, Handling Fees or Customs Clearance Charges or any other charges imposed by your country.
Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next working day. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is processed by our warehouse. Pickup orders are available to collect with in 1 hour of ordering from our Authorised retailers.
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us.
Returns must be made 30 days from receipt of goods, any return requests made after 30 days from delivery date will not be refunded (Please note that we should receive your return products within 30 days of you receiving the products).
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in a sell-able condition with all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any free gift, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued.
Shipping fee if applicable is not refundable.
Products whose boxes and packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used will not be refunded or replaced.
On receipts of returned products, the products will be inspected and refunded to the original method of payment.
If you have purchased your products from another website or store please contact them directly.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do our best to ensure that our products are of the finest quality and are shipped to you safely in accordance with the Royal Mail recommendations.
If your product arrived damaged or there is a fault with your product, please email us at info@kinzajavis.com stating your order number and include images of the product including all the packaging and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Any sample (purchased as single or as a collection) and any fragrance from our travel range are final purchases. They do not qualify for a refund. If the product is damage please contact info@kinzajavis.com
